After three rejections I sat down and applied for 12-13 properties, I needed something for my four children fairly quickly, chris was the only Agent who contacted me by phone. I explained my situation and frustrations to him and quickly organised an inspection for a rental property that same day. After viewing it I knew it was the right house and that Jens Veal Byrne were the right agent, very easy to deal with and my application was attended to efficiently. 24hrs latter I’ve paid my bond and move in next week!
