Managing the tenancy of a property for our Landlords

Here at Jens Veal Byrne we carry out individual inspections of vacant properties. This means we may attend a vacant property multiple times in one day, often at short notice, so that a great prospective tenant is not missed for one of our Landlords properties. We don’t believe in just booking a time and having quality tenants miss out. A personalised Property Management service requires personalised procedures for our Landlords.

Our selection process of tenants is not done solely on a couple of phone calls to references. We take great time in researching all prospective tenants in an effort to ensure that there are no hidden surprises once our tenants are happily living in one of our managed homes.

We also take great pride in managing the tenancy of a property for our Landlords. We believe that Property Management is not about managing a property, it is about managing our tenants and ensuring that our tenants and our Landlords are up to date with their obligations and the relevant regulations that govern Property Management, including any changes in the Residential Tenancy Act.
